If you are looking for Fostoria Glass Co. opened in Fostoria, OH in 1887, but moved to Moundsville, Virginia four years later when they could not obtain enough gas in Fostoria. For a time they were the largest producers of hand-made glass in America. Their main products were stem- ware but they did make the USA's first complete dinner service in glass.
